Speak With Monsters

It always seems that in RPGs, when a dryad needs help it’s because there’s some threat involving axes and fire and evil humanoids. You never see a dryad asking for help with gall wasps or root fungus.

Anyhow, the point I’m trying to make here is that if I had a tree that was part of my actual body, I would have some very particular ideas about what squirrels would be allowed to do with it.

Now that I think of it, I feel the same way about my real body, but it rarely comes up.
